- POB Connect began at a very early stage with business goals and technical requirements already defined for an IoT-based safety service.
- The core gap was not technology, but understanding how customers and rescue personnel would perceive, trust, and use the system in high-pressure environments.
- I led the front-end collaboration with a development team in Ukraine while shaping the customer-facing product direction.
- My work focused on customer interviews on oil rigs and fishing vessels, journey mapping, interface sketching, and planning usability tests around real rescue workflows.
